GCH. Ashland’s Ben There, Done That

Ben finished his AKC CH (champion) and GCH (Grand Champion) titles quickly.  Ben is really a sweet boy who loves everyone. Never has he met a stranger. Loves water and retrieving. Proven Stud dog. Has offspring in family homes, show homes, working, hunting and service dog homes. He is a Velcro dog. Loves to stick by your side yet can be left alone and will mind his own business without a worry.  He produces both yellow (from very light cream to dark yellow depending on female) and the pigment on the yellows are lovely! His chocolate pups have all been a deep, dark chocolate (not washed out) with lovely eye color.

Ben is a moderate sized boy (not an overdone beefcake and not small and weedy). He is 23” @ the withers. Lovely bone, top line, tail set, reach of neck and gorgeous front end assembly.  When free standing, his structure is solid. Extremely well muscled. Gorgeous coat.   If you are looking for a medium sized Labrador that can do it all, that is exactly what Ben is and produces!

Below Ben at the Greater Atlanta Labrador Specialty Show (Nov.2023)

Ben won his class (Open Black) both days and made the final cut for Winners dog, again on both days under Judges Mr.Gary Johnson (Cremino) Surry, England and Mrs.Margaret Brown (Ramsayville) Falkirk, Scotland.
