    Why you'll love it

When you are in the mood for something sweet, make a batch of white chocolate fudge! This is the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth.

It seems like sugary snacks are everywhere. When you are on the ketogenic diet, it feels like you say no more than you say yes.

The good news is that this white chocolate fudge is so easy to make that you can whip it up and always have a sugar-free candy to eat whenever the mood strikes.

This easy fudge recipe only has two simple ingredients and is a no-bake recipe. You can make it in your free time, and then you'll have a delicious dessert cuisine that you can enjoy anytime.

Keep reading, and I'll share some helpful tips and different variations for making homemade fudge.

    Ingredients

ChocZero chips and sweetened condensed milk prepped for dessert recipe

This white chocolate fudge recipe is so simple that there are literally only two ingredients. I will even include links so you can buy them online. Here's more information about what I used.

    Keto sweetened condensed milk

Do not use regular sweetened condensed milk. Either buy sugar-free sweetened condensed milk or make your own. You can make some with heavy cream, butter, vanilla extract, and sweetener!

    Keto white chocolate

You also need some high-quality, sugar-free white chocolate.

I love the white baking chips from ChocZero because they have a smooth taste and aren't too sweet. Whenever I make white chocolate fudge, they are my go-to.

Please note: Check out the recipe card at the bottom for a full list of ingredients used to make this low-carb recipe.

    Tips

    • Prepare the loaf pan. Either line it with parchment paper or wax paper.
    • Melt the chocolate slowly. If you try to melt it too fast, you might scorch it.
    • Adjust the texture. Add fewer white chocolate chips or more condensed milk for a softer white chocolate fudge texture.

    Instructions

Even beginners will be able to make this white chocolate fudge. It's a very simple recipe with just a few steps. Here's how to make white chocolate fudge keto-friendly.

    Mix the ingredients

First, combine the white chocolate chips with the condensed milk. I suggest mixing them together in a microwave-safe container, like a glass measuring cup.

baking chips and condensed milk in glass mixing bowl.

    Melt ingredients

Melt the white chocolate chips with the keto condensed milk in the microwave in 30-second increments. Go slowly and mix them together after each increment.

If you heat the fudge in the microwave for too long, it could burn and make the fudge taste bad.

    Pour batter into the pan

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Then, pour the white chocolate fudge batter into the prepared pan.

white chocolate fudge mixture spread into lined pan.

    Slice the white chocolate fudge

Place the fudge in the refrigerator and allow it to set up as it cools. After the fudge cools completely, you can slice it into equal pieces.

This white chocolate fudge is the perfect snack, dessert cuisine, or gift idea.

    ️ Serving suggestions

There are just 2 grams net carbs in each serving of white chocolate fudge. Munch on a slice of fudge after a hard workout or when you are craving something sweet.

I love to have this fudge with a cup of coffee. In fact, it will taste divine with an iced white chocolate mocha.

If you like the combination of sweet and salty flavors, then eat it with a serving of radish chips.

Or, enjoy this white chocolate fudge recipe with some mini cheesecake bites. They are both the perfect things to serve at parties.

    Variations

There are a lot of different ways you can make this white chocolate fudge.

Instead of white chocolate, use milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips. Mix in some chopped pecans or chopped nuts.

You can also make this homemade fudge in different flavors by adding some vanilla extract or peppermint extract.

After it is completely set, drizzle with caramel sauce.

No matter what you do, just make sure that you use sugar-free and keto-friendly ingredients. And remember, whatever you add to the fudge will increase how many carbs it has.

    FAQs

Before we get to the recipe for white chocolate fudge, here are some questions people often ask about how to make it. If you don't see your question in this list, please leave it in the comments.

How do you store white chocolate fudge?

Fudge can be stored at room temperature for 5 days. Always keep it in an airtight container, so it lasts longer.
It will also last several weeks in the refrigerator but should be brought to room temperature before serving as it gets hard when chilled.

    Is sweetened condensed milk keto-friendly?

Always read the ingredients and nutrition label before using sweetened condensed milk in your white chocolate fudge. Use sugar-free sweetened condensed milk that has a sugar substitute in it.

Do you bake white chocolate fudge?

No, this recipe does not require any baking. Just melt all the ingredients and then place in the refrigerator until it sets up.

Is evaporated milk the same as condensed milk?

They are very similar ingredients. Evaporated milk is basically unsweetened condensed milk. Both products are milk that had about 60 percent of its water removed. However, sweetened condensed milk has sugar added to it.

Which brand is best for sugar-free white chocolate chips?

My all-time favorite brand is ChocZero! I use SO many of their products when I am making my keto desserts. I love to use their chocolate chips to make black and white cookies and peanut butter brownies!

Their chocolate chips are sugar-free and low in net carbs, making it easy to enjoy a simple dessert. Highly recommend!
