    FAQS

Here are a few answers to the most frequently asked questions about the best keto cereals. If you don't see your question in this list, please leave it for me in the comments.

    Is there a keto cereal?

There are several keto cereals on the market. Plus, you can make your own at home with simple ingredients!

Some of the most common store-bought keto cereals include Magic Spoon and Catalina Crunch.

Can you have Cheerios on keto?

Cheerios, like most traditional cereals, are absolutely off-bounds on a keto diet! Cereals, including Cheerios, Rice Krispies, and Cornflakes, are all filled with high-carb ingredients that will break your ketosis.

Can you eat cereal with milk on a keto diet?

You can definitely eat cereal with milk on a low-carb keto diet. You just need to choose the right milk!

Plant-based milk is often more keto-friendly than cow's milk, containing less sugar and fewer carbs. Some of the best kinds of milk to enjoy on a low-carb diet include unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, and soy milk.

Heavy cream is also technically keto, though I wouldn't recommend it for cereal!

Enjoy these keto cereal options? Explore more recipes!

Beyond cereal, I have tons of keto breakfast recipes for you to try. Here are a few of my favorites:

    • Keto Cabbage Hash Browns are crispy, salty, and oh-so-good.
