Thank you for this recipe, Lisa! Super simple, delicious, and fast. I used Wholesome Yum keto honey and baked a few minutes longer than the 15 mins recommended and left the tray in the turned-off oven to crisp up the granola even further.
Just one question about the serving size, you mention 1/4 cup in the dialogue but 1/3 cup in the recipe card; which is the correct serving size? Thank you for the clarification!

I have made this a couple of times and we really enjoyed it. I had some broccoli also needing to be used so added some. Put a carrot in once. Put a sprinkle of seasoned salt when puréed and it was so tasty!

I LOVE this recipe. I wonder if someone can answer a question for me. I have a Zojirushi bread machine. I made this recipe for a couple of years without any problems. Then, over the last year, the recipe has failed. I can't make a loaf to save my soul. I've bought all new ingredients, tried it at low altitude and high altitude, tried it 2 different bread machines, different bread cycles (white and wheat). I end up with a big hard blob at the bottom of the pan. I simply cannot figure out why it worked great for years and not it doesn't work. Help!!! Any thoughts appreciated!

So good!!! We added 1 carrot chopped small and 1c Italian chicken sausage, used Costco Coastal English Cheddar with a milder cheese on top. Going to make a double recipe from now on and try freezing squares for lunches. Thanks!
