    Ingredients needed

    There are very few ingredients you need to make these juicy boneless pork ribs. You probably already have just about all of them in your spice cabinet already!

    To make these ribs, this is all you need:

    Pork ribs

    Boneless country-style pork ribs are the way to go here. You can get away with other pork cuts like cubed pork shoulder, but this one is definitely my favorite!

    Seasonings

    For this recipe, you'll need:

    • Garlic powder
    • Onion powder
    • Kosher salt
    • Ground black pepper

    Note: If you don't have the exact seasonings mentioned in the recipe, go ahead and use whatever you have available. Feel free to adjust the amount according to your taste too.

    Cooking tips

    • If you go with garlic salt instead of garlic powder, no need for extra salt. And if you use fresh garlic instead of garlic powder, it'll add a lot more flavor.
    • Just a heads up, my baking times only work for boneless country-style pork ribs. If you're using bone-in ribs, you'll have to tweak the cooking time.
    • If your pork ribs are on the thicker side, you might want to pop them in the oven for an extra 5-7 minutes.

    How to bake boneless pork ribs

    Ready to make absolutely delicious country-style ribs? Follow these quick and easy steps:

    Preheat your oven

    This is a very important step, so don't skip it! Starting with a preheated oven will help make sure your pork ribs cook evenly.

    Preheat the oven to 350°F or 175°C.

    Season pork ribs

    In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Rub the mixture all over your pork ribs until they are fully covered. If needed, add more seasonings to taste!

    Place ribs in baking dish

    In a prepared baking pan or casserole dish, arrange your seasoned pork ribs in a single layer.

    Make sure to leave some space between them, as you don't want them to be too close together.

    So, in the past, my favorite way is to use the slow cooker or crock pot because it makes the meat so tender. When I use the slow cooking method with regular ribs, the meat just falls off the bone and is fork tender good.

    But, this time around, I wanted to try baking some boneless ribs in a roasting pan instead of making it slow-cooked.

    It's still an easy recipe to cook country-style ribs!

    The boneless spare ribs should be fully cooked in about 25 to 30 minutes in the oven.

    Note: Check the meat with a thermometer to make sure it's done and ready to serve.

    How to serve baked pork ribs

    Now that you've got the hang of cooking boneless pork ribs in the oven, how do you want to serve them? As an appetizer, main course, or even as a topper for your salad?

    Can't decide? No problem!

    Just whip up a big batch and enjoy them in all three ways! That's how I like to roll.

    And here's the best part: With this one recipe, you can make several different meals using the leftovers. So, it's a fantastic addition to your meal prep for the week!

    Serve as an appetizer

    Cut the ribs into smaller pieces and serve them as an appetizer with some of your favorite dipping sauces.

    Here are some of my go-to's:

    • Sugar-free ketchup
    • Keto barbecue sauce
    • Roasted garlic cream
    • Dijon mustard

    Serve as main course

    I love serving boneless baked pork ribs as the main course. You can pair the meat with any low-carb veggies!

    Air fryer cauliflower and southern-style bacon green beans are my family's top picks. And if you want to take it up a notch, add some cheesy zucchini gratin for an extra special meal.

    Serve as a salad topper

    These boneless pork ribs are also delicious on top of salads! Add some crunchy lettuce and tomatoes, then finish off with Russian dressing or ranch dressing for a delicious meal.

    Variations

    Garlic, onion, salt, and pepper are all easy spices that taste amazing on pork, but don't stop there. Experiment with other spices that you enjoy!

    • You can marinate the ribs in sugar-free barbecue sauce or chimichurri sauce, then bake them. Trust me, the flavor is off the charts! And who doesn't love BBQ ribs?
    • Here's another idea: Mix some low-sodium soy sauce and ginger for that delicious Asian twist to your ribs. Or drizzle some keto teriyaki sauce over the top with some sesame seeds.
    • And if you're up for a little kick, sprinkle some paprika and red pepper flakes on your pork ribs. Spicy goodness guaranteed!

    At what temperature is pork fully cooked?

    For perfectly cooked pork, make sure the internal temperature reaches 145°F. This applies to everything from boneless country-style ribs like the ones I'm using here to pork chops and pork tenderloin.

    Should you wrap ribs in foil when you bake them?

    This cooking method is mainly for ribs with bones. It's not really needed for boneless ribs. It helps speed up the cooking process by breaking down the connective tissue around the bone while making sure the ribs stay juicy and fall apart tender.

    Can you use beef ribs instead?

    Sure, you can totally use boneless beef ribs or pork ribs. Either one works like a charm!

    When cooking beef ribs, you only need to reach an internal temperature of around 135°F for it to be fully cooked. Easy peasy!

    These would taste great with keto BBQ sauce.

    Should you boil ribs before baking them?

    This method is actually known to make the ribs even more tender, but hey, it's not really necessary. My recipe will give you super tender ribs, even without boiling them.

      Just made 1.85lbs of this and used your basic seasonings and it was awesome. No tin foil. Just a greased pan (possibly with steak oil grease).I don't remember exactly but I took a chance. I turned the ribs over at 20 minutes and cooked them in total for 30-35 minutes. Then I broiled it at 550 for 5 minutes. Awesome taste and texture.
      I poured some dijon mustard on 2 of the 4 ribs,and they taste amazing. WoW!
      I look forward to making it again, having fun with and changing things up a bit. I'd post a pic but that's not possible here. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

      Came out good use Bbq sauce cover Mini boned ribs. Made pan Hong Kong fried noodles with 2 peppers shredded carrots and reg and purple cabbage all read made.

      Hi Lisa...I wanted to say I found this recipe yesterday and did it today...PERFECTION!! 30 min they were PERFECT!! I did the garlic/onion powder along with salt and fresh ground pepper ..I used parchment as a pan liner and sprayed with nonstick spray...just wonderful...tender and moist...in 30 min!!!!!       I stuck to the basics; these were simple and delicious! I found it easiest to put the ribs in a big bowl then toss with all the seasonings. I used non-stick foil on my baking pan. Also, went with about 1 tablespoon of fresh, minced garlic as suggested (rather than garlic powder). 25 minutes was perfect for the small boneless country ribs sold in one slab with partial slices, which I sliced through for individual ribs. (Some country ribs are very big. I am sure they would work, too, but would need longer cooking time). Look forward to trying these in BBQ sauce, too. Thanks for sharing. !

      You can defrost them very quickly by putting them in a Ziploc bag, press the air out, submerge them in a bowl of cold water and run a trickle of cold water over them. You may have to set something on them to keep them submerged. I'll bet it will only take 20-30 minutes to defrost. Maybe less.

        Hey, was wondering if these are pork shoulder/butt country ribs or loin ribs? I love the fatty bone in butt ribs but I picked up boneless ribs from the loin and they are too lean and get dry—- just wondering which you had and beat way to cook loin ribs— thanks

      You just saved me. I have bought and used boneless pork for many recipes. Sliced it this way and that. Even fed it to the cat.
      But This girl was too tired to cook, and the meat had sat.

      Was so surprised how good this simple recipe turned out! Covered with foil after using Mrs Dash Herb and Garlic for seasoning. It tasted the closest to what pork used to taste like years ago, and sooooo tender. Due to unseen problems, had little time to cook the ribs as usual, and found this one. Paired with simple baked sweet potatoes, and peas. Only had one small piece left for spouse sandwich next day. Definitely a keeper. Was so tired of all other recipe ideas that ended up being different versions of a barbeque style. Was low in sodium too, which is my main objective. Thanks...a keeper!

        That is why it also says or until pork is cooked thoroughly which is at 145°F. Ovens can vary and some cook faster than others at the same temperature. I recommend using a meat thermometer to be sure.

      Do you have a recipe for bone-in spare ribs (not baby back ribs)? Any cut of meat with bones in usually results in being tender at the end of cooking time.
